Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery as per their preferences and budget.
Explain product details including gold purity, diamond certification, weight, pricing, and offers.
Maintain excellent product knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Handle billing process and coordinate with the billing team.
Build solid customer relationships for repeat business.
Manage customer queries, complaints, and provide proper solutions.
