Customer Inquiry & Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a quick, smart, and proactive person to manage customer inquiries and help convert them into sales.

Responsibilities :
Monitor and manage all inquiries from Instagram and WhatsApp :
Convert inquiries into sales
Understand customer questions quickly and provide clear solutions
Respond to customers via chat and calls :
Assign and follow up on pending inquiries
Update our customer handling software with proper labels
Maintain a proper record for reporting

Requirements :
Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or sales
Excellent spoken and written English :
Quick thinker who can understand customer problems quickly :
Comfortable using computer systems :
Detail-oriented and responsible

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
