Ltd., a Lucknow-based company working in IT Solutions, GIS Mapping, Software Development, and Government Infrastructure Projects, is looking for an experienced and self-motivated HR Executive / HR Generalist to independently manage HR operations, recruitment, employee administration, and statutory compliance.

Preferred candidate profile
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, office, and field staff.
Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, personal files, and HR databases.
Coordinate payroll processing, salary calculations, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee performance evaluation processes.
Manage employee grievances, discipline, retention, and exit formalities.
Coordinate manpower requirements and deployment for multiple projects.
Maintain HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and employee performance records.
Coordinate directly with company management for day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
