About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic interns eager to learn and gain hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform . This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities
Learn and explore enterprise platforms independently.
Work with JavaScript fundamentals (desirable but not mandatory).
Read and interpret technical documentation.
Prepare basic documentation and communicate effectively.
Adapt to evolving requirements with limited guidance.

Required Skills :
Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or ITSM concepts.
Familiarity with JavaScript fundamentals (preferred).
Understanding of databases and web technologies (a plus).




Willingness to learn enterprise tools and processes.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria
Students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Interest in IT service management and enterprise platforms.
Ability to commit for 6 months .
