Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Generate current sales leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Contact and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
Present and explain property details, pricing, and advantages to clients.
Arrange site visits and property demonstrations for customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
Maintain a strong relationship with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Update and maintain customer data in CRM systems.
Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for promotions and campaigns.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
