Key Responsibilities :
Generate leads through calls, references, and field work
Follow up with prospective clients on a daily basis
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
Conduct property site visits ( bike compulsory for travel )
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
Negotiate and close property deals




Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Coordinate for booking, documentation, and handover process
Maintain daily sales and follow-up records
Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements & Skills :
Own bike is compulsory :
Valuable communication and convincing skills
Willingness to work in the field
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
Knowledge of Thane real estate market is a plus

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
