Job Summary : We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our energetic real estate team. The CRE will ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities : Client Engagement :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.

Customer Service :
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Handle and resolve client complaints and issues efficiently.

Documentation and Reporting :
Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.




Generate regular reports on client activities and market insights for management.

Qualifications : Education :
Must have at least a Bachelor's degree

Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the real estate sector.

Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
