We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a day shift support process at our Navi Mumbai office. The role involves handling customer queries over calls and providing timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries related to services and requests
Maintain accurate call and customer records
Follow process guidelines and quality standards
Escalate issues when required

Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum HSC / Graduate
Valuable communication skills in English & Hindi :
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work from office (Navi Mumbai)
Immediate joiners preferred
