Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
Provide information about properties, pricing, and offers
Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients
Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion
Build and maintain solid customer relationships
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Requirements :
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service (Real Estate preferred)
Positive communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of real estate industry is an advantage
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Proficiency in Hindi and basic English
