What matters in this role :
Sales first mindset - you’re clear on targets, conversions, ATV, repeat business
Own your revenue - daily, weekly, monthly. No surprises.
Robust CRM - clienteling, follow-ups, building a loyal base (not just walk-ins)
VM sense - you understand display, movement, and what sells
Floor presence - confident, aware, and able to guide the team/customers
We’re not looking for : People who just “assist” sales. You should be someone who takes charge of it.
