BIPS Systems Limited is looking for a motivated and result-driven Marketing Executive to support business development and sales activities for Security & Surveillance solutions in Government and Enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Government and Private sectors
Promote Security & Surveillance solutions including:
CCTV Systems
Boom Barriers
Access Control & related products
Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions
Assist in preparation of proposals, quotations, BOQs, and tenders
Coordinate with OEM partners and solution providers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support sales teams in achieving business targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Required Skills :
Basic understanding of Security & Surveillance systems
Good communication and presentation skills
Sales and marketing understanding
Strong client relationship management skills
Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits





Educational Qualification
B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or related field
MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage

Experience Required

2 - 4 years of relevant experience in:
IT / Security Product Sales & Marketing
Business Development Activities
Government or Enterprise Client Handling
Security & Surveillance Solutions
Experience in IT / Security product sales or marketing
Knowledge of Government tendering and bidding process
Familiarity with CCTV, Access Control, and Surveillance Solutions
