Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls professionally while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
Post and manage job advertisements across recruitment portals and job boards.
Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and internal databases.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets and timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies :
Exceptional verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or clear accent.
Excellent telephone communication and phone handling skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and persuasion abilities.
Outstanding active listening and conversation management skills.
Solid customer handling and relationship management capabilities.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced, and performance-oriented environment.
Minimum 1+ year experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / KPO / Customer Support / Recruitment / RPO workplace.
Experience in U.S. recruitment, international hiring, telecalling, lead generation, or customer engagement will be an added advantage.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills,



solid phone presence, and high confidence levels are welcome to apply.
