Key Responsibilities :
Booking placement & coordination with shipping lines
SI submission, BL draft preparation & BL release follow-up
Smooth handling of forwarding shipments
Managing export documentation & shipment follow-up
Coordinating with customers for shipment updates & queries
Ensuring timely and productive execution of export operations
