Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls from US customers placing food orders.

Accurately take customer orders and enter them into the system.

Ensure high-quality customer experience by addressing customer queries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Should follow Customer-centric approach.

Meet performance metrics including call quality, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve processes and performance.

Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice-based customer service (preferably in the BPO industry).

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Minimum qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).

Comfortable working in US night shifts. Solid listening skills and attention to detail.

Must be a team player with a positive attitude.





Compensation & Benefits : Salary : Up to ₹34,000/month (based on experience and performance)
