Receptionist - Automobile Showroom
Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and visitors in a qualified manner.
Attend and transfer incoming phone calls to concerned departments.
Maintain visitor records and customer walk-ins.
Coordinate with sales consultants for customer appointments and inquiries.
Provide basic information regarding vehicles, offers, and showroom services.
Handle customer complaints or direct them to the concerned department.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
Manage courier, documents, and incoming/outgoing mails.
Support administrative and front office activities.
Follow up with customers for appointments and feedback when required.
*Valuable communication skills in English and presentable
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
