Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and managing domestic & international tour packages.
Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other vendors.
Handle booking confirmations, vouchers, and travel documentation.
Monitor tour operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain booking records and update CRM/MIS reports.
Resolve customer queries and operational issues promptly.
Assist in vendor management and rate negotiations.

Required Skills :
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
Problem-solving and coordination skills.




Passion for travel and tourism industry.

Preferred
MBA in Tourism & Travel Management.
Internship or project experience in travel/tourism will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of travel terminology, itinerary planning, and reservations.
