Dhyey HR Services is Hiring Sales And CS Executive Executive for One of the leading Shipping Freight Forwarding Industry based out at Gandhidham ( Kutch ) Location.
Experience : Minimum 2 Years Industry : Freight Forwarding
Key Responsibilities :
Handle Sales & Customer Service operations in Freight Forwarding
Generate current business prospects and acquire clients
Manage existing client relationships and ensure service satisfaction
Coordinate shipments for FCL, LCL & Air Freight :
Liaise with overseas agents and shipping lines for smooth execution
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing effectively
Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions
Support documentation processes including BL, Invoice, Packing List , etc.
Maintain reports, communication records & MIS updates
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
