Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Customer Service
Greet customers courteously and understand their requirements.
Explain product varieties such as sweets, savouries, bakery items, gift packs, and seasonal specials.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales value.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Billing & Cash Handling
Operate billing software / POS machine accurately.
Generate bills and collect cash, UPI, card payments, etc.
Maintain proper cash balance and handover at shift end.
Issue receipts and ensure zero billing errors.
Product Display & Hygiene
Ensure sweets and food items are displayed neatly and attractively.
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method for stock rotation.
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and food safety.
Ensure counters, trays, showcases,



and shelves are clean.
Stock & Inventory Support
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor about low stock.
Assist in inward stock checking and arrangement.
Prevent pilferage, wastage, and product damage.
Outlet Operations
Follow outlet SOPs, policies, and service standards.
Support opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for fresh stock availability.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
