Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecalling Officer – Collections to support the bank's collection operations by contacting customers regarding their outstanding dues, overdue payments, and repayment schedules. The candidate will handle customer calls professionally, understand payment-related concerns, provide appropriate information, and encourage timely payment.

Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers over the phone.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software applications.




Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and Tamil preferred.

Preferred Experience
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, banking collections, BPO, customer support, loan collections, credit card collections, or recovery processes will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,827.13 - ₹17,710.97 per month
