Job Title : Telecaller Department : Sales / Customer Support Location : Kankarbagh Employment Type : Full time

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer requirements.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to handle customer objections and close conversations effectively.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,519.12 - ₹10,851.81 per month
