Partnership Development : Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders to promote our services and increase business prospects.
Lead Generation and Conversion : Generate leads through various marketing channels, events, and campaigns. Convert leads into sales by providing excellent customer service and tailored solutions.
Revenue Growth and Target Achievement : Meet or exceed revenue targets by identifying recent business opportunities, upselling, and cross selling. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Marketing and Branding : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional materials,



and branding initiatives to enhance our visibility and reputation.
Team Management and Leadership : Lead and motivate a team of business development executives to achieve their targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, and industry standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in regulations and laws.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
