Job Title : Corporate Butler Location : Positive Earth Trade Tower, Gurgaon (Delhi NCR) Working Hours : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :
Provide premium hospitality services to senior executives and corporate guests.
Manage meeting room setup, including refreshments, beverage service, and presentation arrangements.
Serve tea, coffee, and meals with proper etiquette and professionalism.
Coordinate with pantry staff and vendors to ensure timely service and quality control.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of executive cabins and meeting areas.
Handle guest arrivals, ensure smooth reception coordination, and maintain visitor protocol.
Assist with small event setups, board meetings, and corporate gatherings when required.




Ensure complete confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
Prior experience as a Butler, Corporate Butler, or in luxury hospitality/service roles.
Excellent grooming standards and communication skills.
Knowledge of formal service etiquette and corporate hospitality protocols.
Presentable, polite, and proactive in approach.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a qualified corporate workplace.

Preferred Profile :
Experience working with senior leadership or UHNI/VIP clients.
Background in luxury hotels, private residences, or corporate hospitality.
