About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Event Coordinator to support our database building, client outreach, and event sales efforts. This is an excellent entry-level chance for someone looking to build a career in sales, events, and the travel media industry.

Key Responsibilities
Data Research & Extraction

Identify and extract relevant industry contacts and company data from online sources (LinkedIn, websites, directories, etc.).
Database Management
Outbound Calling & Sales Pitching

Reach out to potential clients via calls to introduce company offerings, generate interest, and support delegate/sponsorship sales.
Lead Generation

Identify potential leads for events, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
Event Coordination Support

Assist in coordinating with participants, delegates, and partners for events and exhibitions.
CRM & Reporting

Update call outcomes, leads, and contact information in CRM or tracking sheets regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Travel & Tourism Management / Event Management :




Solid communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Confidence in making outbound calls
Valuable internet research skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
