We are looking for a friendly and well-spoken Receptionist for our mobile shop. The person will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the shop and should be able to guide customers properly.

Responsibilities :
Welcome customers when they enter the shop.
Ask customers about their requirements and guide them accordingly.
Maintain basic customer details and inquiries.
Answer phone calls and provide basic information about products and offers.
Coordinate with sales staff to help customers quickly.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement at the reception area.
Handle easy billing support or basic computer entries if required.

Requirements :
Valuable communication skills.
Basic knowledge of mobile phones is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Friendly nature and customer-handling ability.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers can also apply.

Working Workplace :
Retail mobile shop environment.
Interaction with walk-in customers throughout the day.

Job Types : Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
