Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment before, during, and after procedures.
Monitor patients throughout dialysis sessions, checking vital signs and responding to complications.
Administer prescribed dialysis treatment under supervision of medical staff.
Ensure proper sterilization and cleanliness of equipment and treatment areas.
Record patient information, treatment details, and machine readings accurately.
Educate patients on dialysis procedures, care routines, and lifestyle adjustments.
Assist in emergency situations and follow established safety protocols.
Maintain inventory of supplies and report equipment malfunctions promptly.
Qualifications
Diploma/Certificate in Dialysis Technology or equivalent.
Knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment handling, and infection control practices.
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow medical instructions precisely.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills to support patients empathetically.
Basic computer skills for patient record management.
