Primarily responsible for the professional and productive managing of patients, consumers and telephone calls.To provide a courteous service for the customers. To deal sensitively with telephone inquiries from patients/customers.Analyzes and assesses customers to determine their nature, urgency, and eligibility for services.To provide the spectacles and other accessories on time if ordered by the customer.To ensure the potency and quality of spectacles during the transit and storage in the Opticals.To maintain information regarding quality, cost and sources of spectacles of all types readily available to the patients.To label all frames and other accessories with proper coding.To effectively handle all Optical billing related activities.To establish a system of records and book keeping in cooperation with the accounting department for patient charges and for control.



To co-ordinate with Opticals Manager for the sameTo diligently perform any other work as assigned from time-to-time by management.To show eagerness to learn and perform, excel in the assigned duties, take more responsibilities, and grow with the organizationDaily accounts statement and billing details need to be submitted t accounts departmentStock registers should be updated on daily basisPerson SpecificationEssential Minimum Requirements (to those characteristics considered absolutely necessary)Educational / Vocational Qualifications: Basic degree with experience and skill set in Patient/Guest Hospitality relations
