Role & responsibilities :
Provide inspirational leadership for the faculty by establishing a transparent vision and fostering a solid sense of identity.
Address escalated issues and monitor the quality of teaching and assessment, implementing strategies for improvement.
Support the institutions goals, including closing the achievement gap for disadvantaged students and increasing proficient readers.
Manage faculty spending effectively and ensure classrooms are stimulating.
Promote respect for learning and achievement through high behavioural expectations.
Ensure the curriculum is ambitious, engaging, and properly sequenced,



providing teachers with the necessary support to deliver it successfully.
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Science department.
Use data effectively to drive progress and close gaps.

Proven track record of successful grant writing and fundraising activities.
