YOUR ROLE: BE THE FIRST DESIGNER OF THIS BRAND

Most designers inherit someone else's brand book. The first logo sketch, the gift box people film, the hamper a company sends to every client, the Diwali pack they gift to everyone they love: all yours. Make something people crave, film, share, gift and remember.

Role: Senior Graphic Designer
Experience: 5+ years, including marketing and launch campaigns
Type: Full-time, in office, with occasional client travel
Adobe CC, Figma + AI tools
Festive and limited-edition gift packs for Valentine's, Rakhi, Diwali and Christmas
Design options matched to each client's brief and price point
Present concepts to clients, and travel to meet them when needed

Quick product shots and reels on your phone or camera; art-direct professional shoots





Brand identity that scales
Build and own the brand identity: logo, colours, type, patterns and illustration style
In-store graphics, menus, signage and web assets

Design: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; Figma
Packaging & 3D: Pacdora for 3D mock-ups and dielines; Adobe Substance 3D or Dimension; Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio and Ideogram
Photo & video: a good phone or camera for quick shoots; 5+ years, with a portfolio of brand identity, packaging and gifting work
Experience in wedding design: invites, favours or gift packaging
Solid in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Figma
AI-capable: uses AI tools for concepts, mock-ups and content
Has a positive phone or camera for quick product shots
happy to travel to meet them

Bonus points
Food, FMCG, luxury or corporate gifting work
3D packaging mock-ups (Pacdora, Substance 3D)
Motion design: Illustration or hand-lettering
Design degree or diploma (NID, NIFT, Pearl)
