Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain company products or services clearly to clients.
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain proper communication.
Maintain records of calls and update the CRM or database.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
Required Skills :
Positive communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or data entry).
Ability to convince and handle customers.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
