Logistics & Freight Forwarding
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Graduate / MBA in HR

Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
Handle HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMS.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support HR policy implementation.
Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and hiring requirements.

Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
Robust knowledge of HRMS, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and MS Excel.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
