Key Responsibilities :
Machine Maintenance & Repair
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial sewing machines such as:
Single Needle Lockstitch
Overlock
Flatlock
Bar-tack
Maintain finishing equipment (steam irons, boilers, fusing machines, thread trimming machines).
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and repair promptly.
Replace defective machine parts and components.
Installation & Setup
Install and set up recent sewing machines and attachments.
Adjust machine settings according to fabric type and production requirements.
Ensure machines are calibrated for optimal performance.
Preventive Maintenance
Conduct regular inspection and lubrication of machines.
Maintain maintenance schedules and records.
Identify potential issues before breakdown occurs.
Production Support




Provide on-floor support during production hours.
Minimize machine downtime to maintain production targets.
Train operators on basic machine handling and minor troubleshooting.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all machines comply with safety standards.
Follow company safety policies and maintenance SOPs.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
