Job Opening: IT Recruiter (Non-IT Hiring Focus/ Manufacturing)

Location : Bandra West, Mumbai (Bandra West) Experience Required : 6+ Years Industry Preference : Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Employment Type : Full time

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles , including blue-collar, mid-level, and leadership positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and offer rollouts
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports
Liaise with external vendors for bulk and specialized hiring requirements
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field
Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, with robust exposure to Non-IT hiring :
Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors preferred




Proficient in using job portals, ATS systems, and MS Office tools
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
