Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Provide product information, features, and pricing to customers.
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the store.
Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Support promotional activities and sales campaigns in the store.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
