Key Responsibilities
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and examinations.
Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of syllabus.
Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills among students.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning setting.
Conduct remedial and enrichment classes when required.
Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs and regular interactions.
Participate in school activities, meetings, and career development programs.
