Trinity People & Culture Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for its esteemed client for the position of Channel Sales Manager.
We are looking for a goal-oriented sales professional with solid experience in channel management, B2B sales, partner relationships, and education technology solutions.

Channel Sales & Business Development
Drive sales of education technology solutions through reseller and channel partners.
Identify business opportunities across private educational institutions and government education projects.
Conduct regular business reviews with key partners and support channel sales planning.

Partner & Customer Management
• Support partners in customer engagement, solution presentations, and project development.

Sales Planning & Performance
Develop territory sales plans and drive achievement of assigned sales targets.
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and deal closure timelines using CRM tools such as Zoho.
Monitor sales performance, profitability, and monthly targets.

Support GeM, government tender,



and private education project opportunities.
• Coordinate with B2B marketing teams on partner engagement initiatives, events, and exhibitions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Solid experience in channel sales, partner management, and B2B sales.
Experience working with resellers, system integrators, and consultants.
Understanding of government and private-sector tender processes, including GeM.
Experience managing sales pipelines, CRM tools, and territory-level sales targets.
Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in EdTech solutions, smart classrooms, hybrid classrooms, educational labs, or recording studio applications.
Exposure to private educational institutions and government education projects, including SSA/RUSA initiatives.
Experience working with project management consultants (PMCs) and government-focused partner teams.
