About the Role

Experience
Fresher to 2 years of experience
Relevant internships or freelance experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and publish posts across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to generate leads, engagement, and brand awareness.
Monitor ad performance and prepare basic performance reports.
Manage daily social media activities, including comments, messages, and community engagement.
Coordinate with the design team for creatives and videos.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.

Required Skills :
Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager .




Knowledge of content planning and post scheduling tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of Canva or other design tools is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing are an added advantage.
