Purpose of the role :
Source top talents through a wide range of pipelines (Job portals, LinkedIn, Consultants)
Ability to scan large volumes of resumes
Lead Interviews
Liaise and build trust with hiring managers
Maintain the applicant tracking system and recruitment dashboard
Support the talent acquisition team in structuring the corporate culture

Requirements :
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Entrepreneur, self-starter, enthusiastic and team player
Agility, the ability to multitask in a start-up environment
Experience in a fast-paced and agile business environment will be a big plus
