About the Internship

This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to real-world HR processes while working closely with experienced professionals.

What You'll Do
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, conducting initial interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and support recruitment drives.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Assist in preparing HR communications, policies, and internal documents.
Monitor attendance and leave records and support payroll-related activities.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute creative HR ideas.
Participate in organizational projects and special HR initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 60% or above in 12th Standard.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
