Job Title : Indian Chef (North Indian)

Location : Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi

Salary : ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities :
Prepare North Indian dishes such as Dal Makhani, Rajma, Shahi Paneer, Paneer Butter Masala, Mix Veg, Roti, Paratha , etc.
Ensure food quality, taste, and hygiene standards are maintained
Plan daily menu and manage kitchen preparation
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food storage areas
Manage raw materials and reduce food wastage
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines

Requirements :
Experience as an Indian/North Indian Chef
Good knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques
Ability to work independently
Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking
Knowledge of hygiene and kitchen safety

Working Hours : As per restaurant/canteen requirements (to be discussed)
