Assist in the preparation and baking of a wide variety of bakery products (bread, rolls, cakes, pastries, desserts, etc.)
Follow standardized recipes and production schedules
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
Monitor stock levels and assist in requisition of ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products
Adhere to food safety standards (HACCP guidelines)
Assist in minimizing wastage and controlling costs
Coordinate with other kitchen sections when required
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
