Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture a portfolio of 100+ active clients across GCC locations.
Identify and onboard new clients through market mapping and business development activities.
Promote AVM Labs' diagnostic services and increase brand visibility in assigned markets.
Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Address client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and business activities in the ERP system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to organizational growth.

Requirements

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
DMLT candidates are also eligible.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
Good negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced setting.
