Job description : Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute PR strategies for clients and in-house brands.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and community leaders.
Draft press releases, media pitches, statements, and communication materials.
Coordinate media coverage, interviews, press conferences, and events.
Manage client accounts and ensure timely communication and reporting.
Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and partnerships.
Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports.
Handle crisis communication and reputation management when required.
Work closely with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Generate leads and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Freshers are welcome but few years of experience in PR, media relations, communications, or branding would be excellent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
Robust networking and relationship-building abilities.
Understanding of digital media, social media trends, and content marketing.




Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Experience working with media agencies, brands, or news organizations is preferred.
