Job Title : SALES MANAGER - Real Estate Company

Jobs & Responsibilities: -Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with current customers -Understand clients needs and propose solutions that are suitable to them -Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base -Accompany the customer for site visits -Develop the network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales.

Recruitment and handling of existing prospective channeled partners.
Must have technical skills to use soft marketing tools (SMS, Whatsapp, Facebook, etc)




Generation of current leads and conversion of leads from existing database. (Important)
Possess a pleasing personality to extract references from existing clients.
Will be responsible for achieving sales target through team and channel partners.
Report directly to higher management
Excellent communication skills.
