Site Supervisor - Residential Projects

Company : D Homes Architecture Design Studio & Developers Location : Cochin, Kerala Experience : Minimum 1 year (residential site supervision preferred) Qualification : B.Tech Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and project specifications.
Monitor quality, material usage, and ensure proper site documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Maintain site safety standards and cleanliness.
Prepare daily progress reports and update the management regularly.

Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in residential site supervision.
Solid understanding of construction processes and materials.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Salary : Based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
