Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily transport operations on the Bhagalpur-Malda route.
Coordinate with drivers, loaders, and branch staff for smooth dispatch and delivery.
Track vehicle movement and ensure timely arrivals/departures.
Handle route delays, breakdowns, and operational issues promptly.
Maintain trip records, delivery status, and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
Communicate regularly with Head Office in Noida regarding route updates.
Monitor driver discipline, attendance, and performance.
Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in transport/logistics supervision.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of route management and documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
