Key Responsibilities1. Transportation Management
Plan and coordinate dispatch and delivery of goods .
Arrange transport vehicles for shipments.
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery .
Communicate with transporters and drivers .
Inventory and Warehouse Coordination
Monitor stock levels in the warehouse .
Coordinate with the warehouse team for loading and unloading .
Ensure proper inventory records and stock movement tracking .
Documentation
Prepare and manage logistics documents such as:
Delivery challans :
Invoices :
E-way bills :
Transport documents :
Maintain records of dispatch and delivery reports .
Coordination
Coordinate with production, sales, warehouse, and transport teams .
Resolve delivery delays or logistics issues .




Communicate shipment status to customers or internal departments .
Cost and Efficiency Management
Monitor transportation costs and logistics expenses .
Optimize routes and delivery schedules to reduce cost and time .

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
