Century Cargo Carrier Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Operations MIS Executive for our Mathura office.

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented person who can manage operational data, order records, POD follow-up, MIS reporting and written communication.

Job Responsibilities:
Taking transport orders and maintaining records
Maintaining vehicle movement and dispatch data
POD follow-up with drivers and branches
Sending PODs to customers
Preparing daily MIS and operational reports
Tracking loaded, in-transit and unloaded vehicles
Monitoring pending PODs and delays
Coordinating with branch and operations team
Sharing operational data with management for planning and execution

Requirements :
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
Strong letter writing and drafting skills (mandatory)




Basic usage of ChatGPT for drafting and communication support
Robust data management skills
Good follow-up and coordination ability
Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
Basic understanding of operations and documentation
Experience in MIS preparation
Experience in transport / warehouse / supply chain operations
Good patience and discipline
Comfortable with regular follow-up and coordination
Strong attention to detail
Positive written and verbal communication skills

Location : Mathura

Experience : 2 to 5 years preferred
