Key Responsibilities :
Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages and features of our security surveillance and office automation solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate organizations, government bodies, banks, real estate developers, shopping malls, educational institutions, and other target sectors.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, technical support, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales,



preferably in the security surveillance, office automation, or technology industry.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
