Key Responsibilities:
Source and purchase raw materials, components, and services required for production.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers; negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update supplier database and pricing information.
Ensure timely procurement to meet production schedules without excess inventory.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse for inventory control.
Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and maintain purchase records.
Resolve supplier issues, quality concerns, and coordinate timely deliveries.
Assist in cost reduction and supplier performance improvement initiatives.

Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and develop recent customers and markets for company products.




Manage existing customer accounts and maintain solid customer relationships.
Process customer inquiries, quotations, and orders efficiently.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis, and provide feedback for product improvement.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
Participate in trade shows, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities as required.
