Job Title : Security Guard Location : [Factory / Warehouse / Office Location] Department : Administration / Security Reporting To : Admin Manager / Facility Manager Key Responsibilities :
Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
Verify ID cards, gate passes, and delivery challans .
Maintain visitor and vehicle registers accurately.
Ensure material movement (inward & outward) is properly authorized.
Monitor CCTV cameras , alarms, and security systems.
Conduct regular patrols of premises to ensure safety and prevent theft.
Prevent unauthorized access and ensure company property is protected.
Check fire safety equipment and report hazards immediately.
Coordinate with admin team in case of incidents or emergencies.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Report and document security incidents, violations, or suspicious activity .
Support during audits, inspections, and emergency drills .

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 10th pass (preferred).




Previous experience as a Security Guard in factory/industrial premises preferred.
Basic understanding of safety & security protocols .
Ability to read and write basic English/Hindi .
Physically fit and alert.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts .

Preferred Experience :
Experience in manufacturing / warehouse / industrial security .
Ex-servicemen or trained guards will be an added advantage.
